Frank is a charming 7–8-year-old pug bursting with energy and personality. His slightly blurry vision doesn’t slow him down one bit. He loves to play, cuddle, and even hop in the pool to cool off. We rescued him from the middle of South Post Oak on a rainy day, and he’s been showing his happy, loving spirit ever since. Frank is dog-friendly and ready to bring joy to his forever home.
